I believe that a good relationsip is achieved by establishing trust and mutual respect among all participants.  My approach is honest and straightforward.

I am a Realtor and Principal Broker.  I am a NRBA Member.  I have received the designation of GRI and CRIS.  I am a member of the OAR (Oregon Association of Realtors) and SAR (Salem Association of Realtors).

TECHNOLOGY

I have a variety of useful tools available to me (computer, scanner, digital camera, fax, etc.) and fully utilizes this technology for everyone's benefit.

All Disclosures, disclaimers, inspection reports and special forms are uploaded into the MLS systems.  They are available to any and all Brokers at any and all times to facilitate offers.  By this means, I am able to remove most objections other than price on a property prior to any and all Brokers making an offer.

I am a member of the WVMLS (Willamette Valley Multiple Service) and the RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service)
